Information collected
Contact enquiries record name, company, email address and the submitted message, with the submission time and recorded consent. Nothing else is collected by this website.
Self-service download has been withdrawn, so the website no longer collects download-request details. Guardian One is arranged through a managed client deployment instead.
Purpose and access
The information is used to respond to the enquiry and to provide relevant deployment support. Records are held outside the public website directory and are intended only for authorised operations personnel.
Retention
Contact-request retention uses the configured GUARDIAN_CONTACT_RETENTION_DAYS period and defaults to 90 days. The deployment owner must approve that period and any separate backup retention.
Transmission and security
Contact notifications are sent over HTTPS and use the configured SMTP route when available; otherwise the protected operations inbox retains the request for authorised review. Do not submit passwords, connection strings, confidential database content or special-category information through the contact form.
Formal privacy information
Controller identity, legal basis, individual rights, complaint route, international transfer information and the approved privacy contact depend on the commercial deployment and must be supplied through the approved contractual privacy notice. Guardian One does not invent or substitute that legal wording.
